MY MISSION

is to make elite-inspired wellness available to you in the comfort of your own home.

I created BY STEFAN to take the traditional approach to massage and turn it into a formula spa treatment tailored to your needs.

I do this through my signature plan for pain management and the latest sports science techniques, all while providing the most elevated in-home spa experience.

As a former pro fencer, I witnessed firsthand the powerful effects of tailored massage delivered at the right time. As a father to my wonderful Sofia, I know I want a pain-less world for her.

2002-2011

MY TIME AS A PRO FENCER

As a former pro fencer, I spent my teenage years training as part of the national Romanian fencing team. As my fellow colleagues and I got injured quite often, I witnessed firsthand the powerful effects of tailored massage delivered at the right time.

2010

A BACK INJURY THAT SET ME BACK

After winning 3 national championships, a back injury cut short my competing days. Treatments followed and various rehabilitation options, some better than others, all left me wanting to take control of my own wellbeing
