I’m Stefan. As a former pro fencer, I spent my teenage years training as part of the national Romanian fencing team. As my fellow colleagues and I got injured quite often, I witnessed firsthand the powerful effects of tailored massage delivered at the right time.

 

After winning 3 national championships, a back injury cut short my competing days. Treatments followed and various rehabilitation options, some better than others, all left me wanting to take control of my own wellbeing.

 

I completed my degree in Sports Therapy at UCB and worked in the spa and wellbeing industry for almost a decade.

 

Today, my mission is to make elite-inspired wellness available everywhere, whether in a corporate setting or by adding a pampering touch to your events.

 

I created BY STEFAN to take the traditional approach to massage and turn it into a formula spa treatment tailored to your needs.
